No. Only the person who placed the order can accept it, since the name on the order, payment, and ID all have to match at the door.

If you’re not available, the driver will try to reach you, and an order that can’t be handed off may be returned to the store. Make sure your phone is on and your address is correct.

Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll get a text message with a live tracking link. Tap it to see your driver’s location on a map in real time, along with an estimated arrival time.

Call the fulfilling store right away. They’ll track the driver and arrange next steps with you, whether that’s a same-day redelivery or rescheduling for another day.
